Past Teaching Experiences:
Before coming to OSU I was a middle school science teacher in Salem, Oregon. I started my doctoral work in 2006 and will be finishing in Fall 2009. In K-12 I have taught high school Biology, middle school Integrated Science and ELL science. At the graduate level, I have taught courses in technology, the nature of science, problem-based learning, classroom management, science methods, and ELL methodology. I also co-taught an environmental education course in Namibia for U.S. teachers.
